    We perceive effective ministry as "Life" overflowing from one person to another.
    This counsellor you are about to chat with may or may not have been trained and may or may not be qualified in the application of scriptural truth to daily living, and does not necessarily hold a degree in secular psychology.
    You have come to him/her for help. It is considered that he/she has the "right" to minister to you when you give that right by joining the chatroom or engaging in email or IM communication.
    CONFIDENTIALITY
    The counsellor is committed to a rule of confidentiality regarding what is discussed in the helping process. Certain qualifications, however, apply. Where further insight or guidance is needed by the helper, he/she may consult with pastoral or other professional leadership. Secondly, where a crime has been or is being committed in a seeker's life or family situation, it is required by law that this be reported.
    IF YOU GIVE YOUR COUNSELLOR THE RIGHT TO MINISTER TO YOU ACCORDING TO THIS OUTLINE, YOU ARE PERCEIVED TO BE SAYING that all of the above criteria are understood by you and accepted freely by you, as pertinent to the process that you and the counselor are undertaking together.
    HELPLINE MINISTRIES, INC. shall be inclusive of its Counsellors, Agents, and Employees and for which NO FEES will be charged, You the Seeker do hereby release, acquit and discharge HELPLINE MINISTRIES, INC. of and from any and all rights of action, claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever, known and unknown, accrued and contingent, which Seeker has against HELPLINE arising out of any act or thing done or omitted to be done by HELPLINE up to this date and which may accrue at any time in the future. Included in the foregoing, but not in limitation thereof, Seeker hereby releases, acquits and discharges HELPLINE of and from any and all rights of action, claims, demands and liabilities sustained, or damage suffered in mind, body, or state, which are known at this time or which may develop in the future by reason of the counselling with and mininstering to the Seeker. By joining the chatroom, Seeker releases and gives full compromise settlement of all controversy concerning the same.
